07/09/26 – Nina Gat & Ananda Brandão

French-Brazilian drummer Ananda Brandão and Israeli pianist Nina Gat present a new and exclusive quintet, highlighting their musical chemistry with graceful depth.

Since meeting in Paris in 2020, the two musicians have collaborated on numerous projects. Their co-led band Ninanda won the Rezzo Jazz à Vienne First Prize in 2024, and following the release of their debut album A Place Where (Komos Label), Jazz Magazine described them as “an essential new group on the French jazz scene.”

This one-off quintet brings together three outstanding musicians from the London jazz scene: Jonny Mansfield on vibraphone, Dom Ingham on violin, and Ben Boardman on double bass. Together, they perform a set of original compositions and arrangements inspired by artists such as Brian Blade and Sam Wilkes, creating a unique sound that is fresh, expressive, and deeply rooted in contemporary jazz.

“A perfect combination of melody, phrasing and fire,” says pianist Sean Fyfe of the trumpet-playing of Joe Magnarelli, who has been recognised as one of the world’s leading jazz trumpeters for more than three decades.

Magnarelli has fronted a range of acclaimed ensembles, including collaborations with John Swana and Jerry Weldon. Born and based in New York, his virtuosity on the trumpet has also made him a sought-after sideman, performing with acclaimed artists including Lionel Hampton, Toshiko Akiyoshi, Laverne Butler, Harry Connick Jr., the Buddy Rich Band, Maria Schneider, Grant Stewart, the Vanguard Jazz Orchestra, Ray Barretto…

Canadian jazz pianist Sean Fyfe, a graduate of the Manhattan School of Music and McGill University, has long admired Joe Magnarelli. An accomplished artist in his own right, Fyfe has built an impressive international career, performing extensively as a sideman in the United States and the UK while also releasing three albums as a leader.

21/09/26 – Louis Koller

Louis Koller, born in London in 2012, began playing piano at a very young age and took up the trombone at six. Inspired by Charlie Parker and Fats Navarro, he quickly developed a remarkable fluency in the bebop language on both valve and slide trombone. Aged eight, he earned a place at the Julian Joseph Jazz Academy.
At 12, Louis became the youngest person ever to reach the semi-final of the BBC Young Jazz Musician competition. His early mentors included Byron Wallen and Tony Kofi, with whom he continues to perform from time to time.
Now 14, Louis is a member of Tomorrow’s Warriors, holding a chair in their flagship TW Big Band as well as studying in Sultan Stevenson’s class. He has already performed with leading musicians from the UK and internationally, including Tom Challenger, Steve Berry, John O’Gallagher, Xhosa Cole and Rebecca Edlund

28/09/26 – Dom Howard ‘Secret orca language’

Guitarist/composer Dom Howard presents material from his upcoming album ‘Secret orca language’. His music, described by Jazzwise as ‘determinedly forward-looking’, incorporates nuanced composition and electronic-inspired textures with improvisation and jazz.

Dom graduated from the Royal Academy of Music in 2025 and is involved in jazz, experimental, rock and new music scenes in the UK. He is joined by his quintet, and will play music from his upcoming record, a brand new project following on from his 2025 debut ‘All the Paths Join Up Here’.
